Then, right on cue, another hard kick slammed into the back of his seat. That was the final straw. Carl pretended to be violently startled, jerking forward dramatically. In his fake panicked movement, he “accidentally” tipped the full cup of cold water backward. The icy water spilled all over the unsuspecting mother and her son.
The mother let out a shocked scream, dropping her magazine onto the cabin floor as freezing cold water soaked her clothes. The boy stared in total shock, his eyes wide as water splashed all over him too. “I’m so sorry!” Carl exclaimed, turning around with a fake worried look. “Your son’s kick startled me so much, I didn’t mean to spill the water at all.”
